Translation as follows (I think)

Good evening ladies and gentlemen.
I have recently become the very proud owner of a transit van, which is a large one. She has relatively low miles on her, having travelled 120,000 miles in her lifetime. My plan is to convert her into a camper in due course.
My engine appaers to pull very well, in fact nearly as good as my previous vehicle, could this be the result of good servicing?
My computer skills are lacking, however my brother has more experience than I at uploading smutty stuff, and I would love to show you gents my vehicle.
I feel very happy, similar to the feelings one gets on the morning of Christmas. Apart from the fact I have to buy my own socks and undercrackers.
Innit
