Air ingress  (feed pump directly)

Broken injector tip  (remove and check each injector)

Waiting in all day for a call from hickleys to find out they are unable to diagnose it, they thought the engine in the 2001 model was a 2.4 duratorq.

so back to square one, van running in limp mode, wont go over 40/50, will not rev over 2500 rpm and also engine light on.

smoking very badly black!, diesel leak on rear housing tried a new housing still same problem could be the pressure causing this leak?

i have tried all i can now on a hunt for someone with a diagnostic machine to find the problem out

there is no pipes on my fuel lift on the side of the engine as apparently mines electronic so the lift pump has been bypassed? unsure if thats right or no just all ive been told today.
