Postby Guy88 » Thu Apr 19, 2007 7:14 pm

Had a coolant pipe burst on one of the MK5's

Its the one that runs from the head to the heater.

Now is this the one that connects into the water heater :?: And if so where :?:

Its never been connected since weve had it. all i know is the pipe from the head from the heater matrix connects to somewhere on the heater but has been removed andjoined with a piece of copper pipe.

Over time its rubbed on the exhaust manifold bolt where the EGR connects and finally gave in today :(

I would have a look at mine if it had a heater :(
