Just as an FYI for anyone from Australia reading this, Mick Miles at FordTransitParts.com.au (he's in Hervey Bay, QLD) is THE man for obtaining Transit parts of this vintage (pre-2000) and probably for all Transits. Ford themselves are absolutely useless. Dont even bother ringing them. The next best place for new parts is First Auto Parts Plus in Victoria. Caloundra Wreckers (also in QLD) seem to often have good stock numbers of second hand Transit parts, too. If those options can't help you, you probably need to source parts directly from the UK either via Ebay or directly from UK suppliers.

We've now done an electronic to mechanical diesel pump conversion, this clutch replacement and a few other bits and pieces through the above suppliers.

Hopefully that's helpful.

Been reading up on old threads. Came across MFR's thread on changing out 5th gear.
According to the MT75 exploded diagram can anyone tell me exactly what gets changed out ?
Is it just the 5th gear alone or other gear bits?
MK5 Tourneo.
