Twin rear wheel drum removal

The are supposed to come off without touching the half shaft but rarely do (1 in 9 atempts buy me :lol: ), the inner face of the drum rusts/seizes to the hub, i don't bother any more just take the shaft out and undo the bearing nut.
You have removed the washers from the base of the studs? they rust in place as well :?

i whacked mine when i first went to remove them with a big 15 lb hammer :shock: and the drums came off easily.....I said they can be removed without the shaft so i wasnt dreaming then.. :D
