EPIC OVERHAUL disassembly and reassemble HELP

hey doing a epic injector pump from a 1999 mk5 2.5 turbo looking for video and pic of step by step how to do the seals and it looks from the split of the 2 harfs of the pump any info much help smorcr at gmail com if u can vids pics pdf links what ever u got let me know thank you

yeah ive seen that but wanted the b4 parts as well so infact the whole start to finish of doing the job but thabks for the input its beter than none

cos in the country i live in the overhaul is $3000 that i dont have the van was only $2000

Its not normally a fault in the pump (apart from a sticky advance/retard cam) sensor or stop solenoid failure is more common

what is the problem?

leaking from where the 2 halves bolt together

I'm 99% sure you can just unbolt the 2 halves and put a new seal in

the big key hole kinda shaped seal ? or is there o'rings also ?

Iv just done this myself I replaced the big "keyhole" seal and all the solinoid seals was straight forward enough but now van won't run iv bleed it up and got fuel to injectors it fires but then dies I'm wondering if it's something to do with the timming of the pump it's self as there was what looks like a timming sensor that I removed to strip any ideas.

i have the same problem and here in greece everyone says to change the pump
why? i dont know others says put the old one non electric from previous model
well what can i say?
i will be looking in the foroum for a solution
