Steering wheel not returning to centre.

I have a 96 smiley motor home 100,000 miles. The steering wheel does not return to centre after a turn and it seems rather unstable on the open road. It has power steering. Anybody else come across this? I have renewed all of the steering and suspension joints etc and shocks.

after tracking you can set the position yoursellf easy - one center nut - steering wheel on splines .

Had the same problem before because the tracking was out.
