Designed for the job and I ran them on the back of my Capri for many years with no problems

Flippin heck, a tenner each, that's dearer than the pair of lights for 1 resistor!!!

Actually never noticed the price when I linked it
Try searching 12v load resistor and you should get a selection
You can get some very cheap from china but you are taking a chance on quality which is why I try and stick with a brand name like led autolamps
And yes £10 each is a bit dear, I usually get them for €10 each at my local factors, less if I'm getting a good bit of stuff and can wrangle a bit of discount

That 50 watt one may then make flash too slow if not replacing all 4 corners with leds. 21wx4 ignore lil side repeaters 80plus watts. So if 2 standard 21watt plus 50 gonna be 90watt .

I am toying with idea of some of those led clusters for our lil caravan as the current ones are tired and busted up and gaffer tape looks bit chav. Also im just breaking into wiring on my van for trailer socket so il not be wanting to up the fuses etc so led seems the obvious choice!!!

If you dont mind me asking are you the guy who welds with his feet?

Enough too slow to be an MOT failure?

Minimum flash rate is 60 on-off cycles a minute, maximum is 120. IIRC.

If needs be of using those resistors and inly changed 2 lamps to led. . . Test with 2 x standard if needs be change remaining .
Thats why it was easier with the ones i had.

we will see when i eventually get round to it, got to try and get van through a narrow gate into my shed first as weather is so crap, it's going to be another big project, will probably have to take the tipper off to get it in! or cut the cage off, needs new sills, wings, arches etc and mot is due soon, it was sold to me as solid I stupidly trusted the seller and had it delivered, i did look under it but it was pouring with rain and looked ok, when it dried I touched the sill and it disintergrated and the rest of it is gone too,,, IDIOT!! and I paid ridiculous money for it (and I mean REALLY RIDICULOUS! because its the only auto tipper i've ever seen and only got 51k on the clock!!
