Just bought a brand new power steering box on eBay £216 boom

Only the Droparm from another PAS Box will fit....

Manual Droparm don't fit!

I used my old manual drop arm by running a disc over the drop arm inside splines, you just need a fraction off and they fit.
Best conversion you can do makes it a pleasure to drive.

Bit of an update, after comparing Jacka's box with mine, we came to the conclusion that the original drop arm DOES NOT fit, you have to use the "bent" power steering arm hopefully supplied with the new box.

Only had Transits for.45 years and still own 8 of them 8)

Going to get mine reamed out and put a key way in hopefully enough metal on manual arm
