Don't use an easy out type extractor, it will break and make it next to impossible to do!
Best bet is to drill a pilot hole (say 3mm diameter) dead center, open it up to 6mm then use an 8mm to finally drill it out. if you buy a reverse 8mm it will probably pick up and unscrew whats left of the stud... if not open up to 8.5mm and pick out the threads.
you can always drill out to 10/10.5mm too and replace the stud with nut & bolt
