Do I need to get new injector clamp bolts, PTFE seals and dust seal washers before swapping them over or would it be ok to just re use old one to test and see if the problem is fixed?
Cheers

Thanks for that, I've ordered new PTFE washers so they will be here tomorrow. Injectors have arrived today and they look a lot better than my ones but we will see. Got the battery off to give it a charge just to make sure it's ok before the Mrs comes home to crank it over while I bleed the injectors. I need to see if this fixes it so I will use one of the injectors with a really good fitting PTFE seal on and the best dust washer there is out the set and give it a go tonight, then possibly fit new washers when they arrive tomorrow.
Cheers

Excess diesel just produces large amounts of black smoke. Don't think it would cause any other damage. Hopefully that bit of injector is away down the exhaust pipe, though, and didn't hurt anything too much on the way out!
