OK, Again just my idee, just my thoughts
This engine must have been recently opened or rebuilt
Look at the photo's... Check the oil pressure hose
The silver braided hose in the pictures
Is she connected with the engine block and with the middle of he vacuümpomp?
To my general knowledge...
Your engine (turbo) will be slightly different as there is also the turbo to oil...
Do not know how things are done at the turbo engine... have no info...
But wherever you put oil in there has to be a way back to the sump.
On the picture, to the right where the pressure hose is connected to the engine block you can see te part that gives info to the oil pressure meter.
This does not cost a fortune and it would give you more info on the lubrication of the engine.
Give us foto of the same spot... remember you have the open engine to look at ...we have to do al the guessing
