Took this picture of the lift pump on my Transit 2.5Di "banana" engine...

its not a banana engine, and the bosch pump can suck the diesel by himselfes i thought.
after the weekend i will check the timing belt and maybe do a compression test
the worst case for me is to demontage the cilinderhead and look 4 the valves and pistonrings...

its very interesting for me to know how everything (good) works
i've somebody has a complete good engine then i can do the swap en rebuild my smoking engine 8) 8) 8) and still go traveling :D :D

where can i find a compression test? i can you use the tester but need a adapter for the injectors
thx

The bosch pump....can.....suck diesel but Ford thought it best to fit a lift pump. Diesel in the oil, my money is on a duff injector.
Get a diesel specialist to do the comp test, a car tester ain't strong enough.
If the engine turns over evenly on the starter, ignition off then I doubt there's much wrong compression wise.
Check the EGR butterfly is opening correctly. Check the valve clearances and stem heights, none sticking.
Read wazadjs' story of trials. He tried everything but the kitchen sink, many blind alleys just like you seem to be doing.
Does your engine idle smoothly, no miss fire? If not loosen/bleed each injector pipe until doing so makes no difference. Swap out that injector, bleed it and see if it smooths out the idle. Check the injector seals as well.
My two penny worth, others may have different ideas.

My '91 non-banana engine does have a lift pump situated on the passenger side below the exhaust manifold just before the clutch bellhousing. Originally a petrol engined ambulance, it appears to heve been fitted with a 1992 diesel engine, non-turbo.
