back end noisy

Hi All
I have just bought a transit twin wheel 190 ex mobile bank that has been converted to a camper. The back end is very whiny (just like the wife lol) . It is a p reg any help pointers. I know there is plenty of oil in it. Any ideas on a complete back end. Not sure what the ratio is but would like one that has a better top end speed and is quieter
