Pinto temperature sensor

Hi what colour is the temperature sender in 2.0 transit pinto? fitted a replacement and now the gauge reads to high, previous one packed up and don't have it for reference

i beg to differ...pink as for xr3 etc of time..sometimes on ebay £20 +

red fiesta, reads high, get used to it, tell mot where to get it for emissions

what old white, commonly available does in a mk3...no idea

At the moment it has a black Euro car parts sh*t one, reads in or close to the red all the time.
I think the one I took out might have been violet but that one was temperamental, and told that is a Ka one
Now I'm confused lol

think mine has a yellow one in it, will look tomorrow,it reads spot on
