Maybe anyone knows what kind of sealant to use between the cranckshaft sprocket which drive the oil pump

Are you sure that there is no sealant between crankshaft and the sprocket?
I looked the old crankshaft, it seems like a kind of imprint of the old sticky sealant.
I'm afraid it will leak oil between crankshaft and sprocket.

Yes, there is no seal there of any sort... there is no need to seal anything
