Hi all, :D :D :D

Ok chalk this down to experience, had read previous suggestions of checking fuses 33 - 35 and yep there was 12 volts going through the fuses, so thought it was all to do with the PATS.

So after it starting intermittantly it then started time and again whoopee!!. So replaced the dash and all bits and bobs, for it then not to start again so I knew it was something that got disturbed. This time I put a voltmeter on the wires out of the fuse box and although 12v was going into the fuse nothing was getting to the output wire. So took the fuse out and all these broken bits fell out! Took a flying 12v and put it on the bit still left and hurrah all sorted. Just got to solder a replacement fuse holder in there now.

Hope this helps anyone else with this problem (or other strange intermittent ones) check the state of the fuse clips!

Thanks to all for help and suggestions
