rebuilder86,I liked your idea of centering the PTO shaft parts!
I will do so before the final fixation of the cups in the cardan forks.

see i could never find a way to weld it in the perfect position after adjustment, so i just added locking nuts and tighten them against teh welded nuts to lock the bolts in place when its al lined up it actually was quite simple to line up this way. but yeh i cant think of a way to get a welding stick in there without heating up the grease filled caps too much. :/

rebuilder86 ,I think to a thick washer with a diameter of about 30 mm in the center to weld the M8 nut.
The washer is welded to the fork.
At the time of adjustment in the nut, screw the M8 bolt with a check screw.
After adjusting the alignment of the shafts, the adjusting bolt and the counter nut must be cut off, the rest of the bolt should be welded to the nut.

yeh i didnt think of that. i did consider tack welding the bolts but at the time, i wasnt sure if it was going to work, so i liked the idea of just being able to unscrew it when it broke and only having to ndo 2 of the welds. but it didnt fail, it just keeps going, and i didnt have to buy the 200 dollar second hand driveshaft whcih was my only other option.

rebuilder86,it was a great solution!
The price for a propeller shaft is the same, that in Poland, that in Ukraine, that in the Philippines.
200 dollars.
