Does your bushing have a place for installing a rubber seal ring?
Here, this ring is installed between the camshaft and the bushing and will be clamped by the camshaft pulley.

In your photo I do not see a sealing ring between the camshaft and the bushing.
On my photo, such an orange ring is installed.
Without this ring there will be oil leakage at the joint of the bushing, shaft and pulley.

Now I know that the joint of the bushing, camshaft and pulley is hermetic.
But there is a leak of oil.
The reason may be in the camshaft radial play.V184 wrote:seal or the later black seal those orange ones are early York ( i think ! )
Color of seal is not important.
Even in such a poor country as Ukraine, I can find a dozen seals of different manufacturers.
Orange seal was bad,I replaced it.
