Ford Part no 1515384 Cap

Hi , Can any body help . I've been trying to locate the King Pin Caps on a 1988 Transit the part no is 1515384 . I'am told that they are no longer available . So to get around this problem I'am going to have some made . I need confirmation on the thread . I think the size is 1.1/8" 16 TPI as the thread is so short it's hard to get an accurate measurement.
