Tiny part needed - any lurking in your garage?

Postby Oonaghtwo » Fri Apr 13, 2018 4:50 pm

Hi, I have found this forum very helpful over the past 6 months as I’ve been refurbishing my 1996 EMC conversion - Ruby. I am missing one of the blanking panels that pushes into the dash to cover empty switch holes. I have trawled the web but can’t find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I might look? All suggestions gratefully received. I don’t know the part number but it’s a black, rectangular plastic piece with a flat circle of black plastic on the front.

Many thanks

Hi Chuggy, mine is in a different position on the dash but the part looks the same. If you have one that would be amazing! Thanks for your reply :-)

Are the switches/blanks not common to other Ford vehicles of similar age???

2 types is switch blanks used on the mk5, the ones below the vent next to the steering wheel and then the 5 on the dash below where the stereo is
