Replacing inner wing/shocker turret?

Postby vanfox » Sat Jun 02, 2018 10:19 pm

Inner wing 01.jpg
Has anyone any experience of replacing the inner wing, the panel with the shocker turret mount in it? Both mine are waaay beyond patching, as are both outer "inner" wings. I'd appreciate any info as to how to go about the job, e.g. how to locate the panel etc.
The van is rolled on a jig at the moment whilst I repair all the rest of the MOT failures.

Thanks, already spoken to them, it's more "how the heck do I fit the panels?" Alignment etc.

Before you remove the old panel weld up a box section that has bolts that fit into the shocky holes in the panel and is fixed to a part of the chassis that can't move then alighnent will be the same
