Lucas Epic Leak

Hi Brainstrust.

I've got a leak in my Lucas Epic 2.5 diesel 97 Transit. I've already repaired the little square seal. The new leak seems to be coming from the spot indicated in the photo. I'm afraid to pull the top plate off as I'm unsure of what is underneath. Is it safe or am I going to have 19 springs, 2 ball bearings and the ghost of Henry Ford come flying out?

I have stolen a generic photo from the web, this is not actually my pump. I'm fairly confident it is the same one though, if not its very similar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing scary in there , just a pair of solenoids. Two o-rings on each as per photo. just be careful with dis-assembly and assembly. Maybe do the other pair of solenoids at the same time.
