mk3 front door replacement

Hi all, I have an Autosleeper motorhome based on a 1990 mk3 transit. The front end is getting rather rusty, particularly the doors so I'd like to replace them. I have found some mk5 transit doors for sale, but I wasn't sure if they are identical in fit as for my mk3?

If they are, can anybody give me an idea of how complex it is to swap out everything (locks/glass/mirrors/handles/etc) from the old door to the replacement? (I'm hoping simpler than on a modern car!)

It’s a straight swop bolt off bolt on did same to mine years ago mine came with the bigger mirrors but I think the longer arms if your have them they will fit the mk5 doors
