when you turn key listen for a click from the starter motor solenoid , if it does click but engine does'nt turn over, then starter is u/s, if it doesnt click run a wire straight from battery positive and touch on smaller of the two starter motor wires, if starter spins engine over, check relay ( either piggy backed onto battery tray or in fuse box panel)

You should have "engine" "ign" "bat" and your "PATS" light coming on and then the "PATS" light going off after a few seconds
