Its a straightforward job.
.Jack up
.Wheel off
.Remove caliper and carrier together
.Remove bearing dust/grease cap
.Remove split pin, locking cap and bearing nut and washer.
.Pull off hub and disc
.Remove inner seal and both inner and outer bearings, either knock out or press out the two bearing races from the hub.
.Press in new bearing races, fit inner bearing back in place and fit the new inner seal.
.Push hub back into place and fit outer bearing and add grease.
.Refit the washer and nut, tighten up until you feel the nut becoming tight(would guess at 20nm) then back off about a 1/4 turn or until find the point where the nut is becoming free again .(hard to describe but easy when you do them regularly).
.Check that the wheel hub rotates freely with no free play in the bearings.
.Refit locking cap along with split pin and fit grease cap.
.Refit caliper and carrier.
.Wheel back on
Jack down, job done
Hope that helps!
