how do i release my spare wheel

heeeeeelp i can't get my spare wheel out! looked under the van today and can't see how to get it out! if there is a bolt on the floor in the van I think some TOTAL IDIOT has borded over it!??? or is there a secret bolt hidden somewhere else i need to undo???
if it's been borded over can someone measure how far it is from tyhe rear doors (when shut) to middle of the bolt and let me kn ow if the bolt is in centre of van! so i can cut a hole and get it out!!!

Open rear doors & look just above rear bumper,black plastic square hole in centre of van.

The tool,a folding bar in tool kit with a square on end goes in here & wind the wheel down.
