Brilliant! Often wondered what some of the more cryptic looking symbols were!

Hi, I've just came accross this thread, very useful. However, I just checked fuse number 8, for indicators, and the fuse was fine, but I changed it anyway. The indicators still won't work. Any ideas?

Fuse 6 was the one for instrument cluster on my 2000 swb.

Found this out after stripping clocks out as owners manual says 19 too!

Only found out by accident as I checked all fuses one by one and noticed pictograms on box shows an instrument cluster at fuse 6!

Still least it's dust free behind that part of dash now.

hi there not sure if this is the right place but anyway i'm trying to find my fuel pump fuse i've got a mk 5 2.5 diesel banana which i am in the middle of replacing the ignition lock and barrel , still waiting for parts to arrive. have tried starting it via hotwire but can't get it going , a friend seems to think that the fuel pump isn't pumping , maybe the fuel pump fuse blew when trying to hotwire her . any idea where the fuel pump fuse is located many thanks in advance nige

The mk 5 has an immobiliser. Have you bypassed it?
