ford DAB

im looking at buying a ford sony dab radio for my mk 7. the one im looking at is from a ford kuga and im just wondering if it will fit and everything would work alright? I know id need to buy a dab aerial but would the steering wheel controls still work ok?

I've done it, yes it works, need aerial, aerial base, and 2 aerial looms, as its all new. BT and voice controls all worked the same, but I did have the one that syncs with the iPod.

Does your DAB show artist & track info when in radio mode? Mine doesn't & the dealer tells me it can't be done.

No the factory unit don't have that function but the kenwood one i had did

right i didnt win the ford kuga one so now im looking at the ford focus one but its got rounded corners so not sure it will fit or is there some sort of adaptor fascia to make it fit in the mk 7 dash?
