bigger intercooler help

Going to get a biggher intercooler soon and wanted to know if I need to look for one with the sensor a atchment on on itvas I got a sensor on mine now but wasn't sure if I had to put it back in.
Soon to be 2018ish Transit custom

Not sure about any sensors, none on mine, are you sure it has one from factory (mk7).

I've been looking at this for a while, and testing what I have at the moment, is yours mk6 or 7 Cossie, as mk7 upgrade seems not to work, and what are you trying to gain?

MK 6 I'm guessing, would say you still need that. Are you putting another ford one on or something aftermarket?? Again, why are you upgrading, love to know.:)

Yeah sorry mate its a mk6. Will get an aftermarket intercooler. 600x300x76 I think. Ill look abit fancy :D guess ill have to find one with that connection in or a pipe coming from it with that fitting :D

you need the sensor or you wont get boost fueling :wink:

the late RWD i had it was in the intercooler pipe
