Got my service parts from euro car parts, doesn't list anything under my reg number but it's all there if I select the vehicle manually
7 litres when including the filter change.
I bought all Bosch filters this time but Mann are also good. Avoid Fram oil filters, I've had issues in the past and have heard plenty of bad stories about them.

The good thing with a transit is you don't need to jack it up to do the oil

Make sure you use a good 6 sided socket on the oil filter housing, and undo it with firmly increasing force rather than yanking at it.

Yep +1...filter cover is plastic and will break easily if not treated with respect. Wear rubber/latex gloves too....or you'll be wearing the oil for days....it's manky stuff.

The Mk7 2.4's are only 27mm, yours being a Mk6 will most likely be one of the larger ones, so you may have to get under and have a look/measure.

36mm socket on mine, there's also a grub screw in the centre of the plastic nut, I assume this is to drain the filter before removing the cap, I got half a litre of oil on my arm when I just unscrewed the cap.
