its misshapen so when the door is closed the seal points downover and when it rains water leaks past it. are these available online? or are they a ford only part? or are they easily removed from a scrap van?

I'd try the breakers yard as I'd imagine they'll be expensive from ford.
Mine lets a bit of rain in too, between 90 & 100mph

Unless its a high top as they have a weather strip glued to the upper and down the window pillar (A-pillar)

aye its a high roof van like. what happens is theres a bit of a dip in the van roof. it fills with water when its parked in rain. then when it moves forward all the rain falls off the roof and runs down the front and sides. the door seal thing is flipped the wrong way and kinda stuck. and the water falls through and splashes everywhere

I've changed the top seal - top of door and slope alongside windscreen - no difference. The rim seal clipped all the way round the door frame looks fine. I've checked under the rim seal a few times after rain and it looks, unbelievably, like the water is coming through the seam about half way up the wheel arch. How it does that without driving along in the rain, f knows.
