Just drive to a local car audio shop. They have the cables and connectors for making solid high current setups. Probably be out the door in 30 min if they are handy.

Mod sine will run most microwaves (certainly all the cheaper ones I've tried have been fine)
Make sure it's got plenty of power though AND bearing in mind that MOST microwave power ratings refer to cooking power NOT input power.
Input power is usually on the label
We run a microwave on our 3000w mod sine inverter in the van powered by 3 x 100ah leisure batteries (charged by 2 x 100w solar panels on the roof and a durite VSR)
Inverter also powers slow cooker /toaster /kettle etc without probs (bear in mind not at same time)

I’ve got the 2 batteries under Seat so was hoping on running off them, I’ll leave engine running while using inverter to save draining battery, I’m clueless when it comes to inverters so any help is appreciated
