power loss

hi i own a 2000 x reg transit 75ps tddi ive blocked the egr valve off and put an intercooler on it and smashed the cat but it just doesnt seem to have any power it struggles every where i go it will just about do 70mph on the motorway and as for hills i have to put down to 2nd or 3rd. just wondering if any one has any idea what could be wrong with it or where i can take thanks steve.

Mine is doing the same thing its so strange.

I took mine to a garage to get the codes read and it came up with some faults which included the fuel pump. Try taking it to a garage and get it on the diagnostic machine and go from there.

i had the same problem, wouldn`t even pull me out off bed. it turns out there is a 2" split in the pipe running from the intercooler to the egr.
