I got around to trying the pump and pilot learn yesterday Took me a while to work out how to do the pump, and had to delete a few sessions, then clear the codes, then tried it, and it failed
By then it was too late to try again so it will have to wait until tomorrow

I'd already diagnosed worn injectors. Hence why it originally went in for a set.
Bearing in mind. Tony's is a mk7 van that has a Mondeo mk3 2.0 TDCI engine fitted.
Me myself, completed conversion more than a year ago & has passed 2 consecutive MOT's since then - See thread here viewtopic.php?f=27&t=182739
I had advised Tony due to price he paid to take it back to them. To be blunt they screwed it up & should fix it.
