Wax on wax off isn't it? :P

I hope those wheels are hub centric mr Airthies? It's ok for Facebook types to have them wobbling about off the studs that were centred by hand but you're an engineering type and that just won't do :?

Looks good though :D

How are they on the arches over bumps, mine scraped when I bounced up a kirb today  thought the van was going to kill me afterward. I still haven't widened the arches and the police don't seem to give a f*** not sure Mr MOT man will do the same. N

I asked at the mot but didn't get them on in time for the test (borrowed one off the Mrs van for the day) but tester said it's not part of the mot. Its part of construction and use regs so only plod or vosa will be bending your ear if they feel like it.

Mine hit the top of the arches when it bottomed out on a big dip in the road but that was just before I lifted the fronts with spacers at the strut crowns.

And yes Mr Loot please don't judge from my rough and ready, don't give a dam air that underneath the engineering is not properly considered

Front centres are fixed to hub, rear Are also fitted to halfshaft but have a flange lip behind wheel to keep them in place and a profiled shim behind wheel so they are clamped flat.
With the weight I'm pushing and places I'm going I'm making them as solid as I can

8)

The stud's snap really easy that's all  and that's from tightening them alone. Maybe years of tightening by various owners but they just go in the end

Shiny new track rod ends :P

Needed in the process:
- heat
- force
- more heat
- excess force
- desperation

Total consumption: 2 cans of beer (0,5 l).
