Has anyone had code 39 pilot learn failure? I've tried everything I can so far but we're looking at pcm issues or wiring unless someone has had this 1 before?

I’m sure I had this on one of our 110 56 plate mk7s Morgan Ids couldn’t do anything because of it ? Not 100% but I never resolved the fault , sold the van on

Thanks, it's been to a few places including Ford who couldn't fix it.
Genuine parts used and everything checks out, live data good, power good etc.
It's not often I get to this point where a decision needs to be made but I'm looking at changing pcm over to see if it is a programming problem.

No fault codes either apart from engine malfunction which was there originally and due to pilot not learnt and brake wear indicator on.

Checked my van to see what wiring I had for a heated screen, appears I only have the switch wiring. How hard is it to create a loom using timer relays?

So that's about 4hrs to get a wishbone out and the rear bolt and bush sleeve are actually still there getting too old for this laying on the ground faffing around under vehicles!
It's a grinder job tomorrow! Too late at night for it now! Image at least I got to it eventually.Imagebut the bolts tight in the sleeve
Imageit's bloody tight in the sleeveImageit's too bloody tight it'll get the grinder work tomorrow.
And bad mood stopped play
Not just bloody cold temps....
