Aye done that today, yesterday it fired up but no4 was pissing diesel out of the leak back pipe now that's sorted it wont start, been filling the fuel filter and cranking, no fire, I even put the fuel return in a bottle with diesel in and filled the bottle on cranking (500 ml bottle 1/2 full to start) now charging the battery up, will try again tomorrow fed up now and stink of diesel.

How you doing Loot? Still going to live in a tepee in the woods. N

I know that feeling, I couldn't work for two weeks when my cat went a few years ago, what you need is to throw yourself into getting a mk6 tdci running  N

It needs a new tailgate i think, bit of ballast on the back allowing the air in the fuel to travel back to the filter and be drawn out
