I've been getting that too Mate, sounds like be an idler pulley
Had to do me Land rover for same noise and that's what it was

Its got me thinking alternator or pulley as I am having a strange electrical issue, with the lights on they dim with heated screen on or opening the window, closing the window takes forever unless I rev the engine a bit.
Had a quick look today and it looks an absolute nightmare on a fwd at least yours is easier to get too, the idler pulley doesn't sound too much of a job, is there any way of testing them To be sure its that. N
