Now it's been a few years since I had an MOT that needed welding(Though that might be different now I have transits ) but I've never seen anything that required welding being "marked up" by the MOT tester.
Well other than the marks they've left as they've smashed big holes through the metalwork with there 4lb toffee hammer
Maybe it's a new fangled idea...?

The place I normally use for mot usually mark it up with yellow chalk
Doing some mental calculations (it was painfull) the last welding I did for an MOT.... I think.... was about 94

Mind you, not a massive problem as it's still not starting

Went to orde the leak off pipes from the stealers, but that length of pipe comes as one with the top bit inc the tee piece and plus the 4 leak off pipes, plus the little valve that screws into the PRV, bargain at over 100 sovs  Ordered little valve on its own, 8 sovs plus the dreaded, and we'll see how that goes :?

Green O rings :?: where do they go then :?:

Turns out that the little connector piece that screws into the end of the PRV was loose  Either I didn't do it up tight enough, or I didn't tighten it at all.

Anyway, it started ran for a few seconds then stopped, and now it won't start at all :( Just cranks and cranks and cranks :( Then stopped cranking, error - Starter motor disabled, so connected Focus up to jump start it, and it cranks and cranks and cranks :( :( Just seems like it's not getting any fuel, could there be an air pocket in thhere somewhere :?: I dunno, these new fangled things are beyond me :?

Given up for the night to see if you guys can give me some guidance :)

Mine did a similar thing after my first leak off test, once I refilled the filter it started no problem

Finished screwing my ply floor down in mine this afternoon, I only stripped all the old ply lining out last August  , then got talking to a neighbour who works for a company that does a lot of hospital refurbs, he's going to pick me up an off cut of Altro flooring big enough for the back of my van 8)

Not no more! All done and was easier than I was expecting compressing the spring to get the top nutt on. Only took 70+kg and four Cam straps!
Also had to assemble a special tool to fit the top strut nut.
