Washed and waxed it,and it's still not raining.

Started prepping my tailgate, not as bad as i thought, tapped a few dents out, removed the gb and Ford badges, thinners and a scotch pad got the glue off in seconds :P

Exhaust made up for the diesel heater.
Too bloody cold outside now and my IDS seems buggered so I've bought a split charge relay cos I am using that heater!
Some idiot ordered 22mm exhaust not 24 so ordered 1/2m of 24mm to adapt it to what I've got.

Today i changed my engine oil TWICE. Drained the oil, all well and good, came to remove the filter and the hex on the filter housing rounded off. Why do ford make these things out of cheese?. Anyway off to the local ford dealer 10 minute walk so not so bad. "No we've got none in stock, I can phone the other dealer 10 miles away". Yippee got one in. So back home replace sump plug refill with old oil ,20 mile round trip £39.17 lighter plus £13.01 for filter, Damn you FRORD. Here we go again drain oil, 12 mm drill through old filter housing 300 mm extension bar rammed in the hole and off she comes. Why do the simplest of jobs not stay simple for long?.

That may well be too long and affect the combustion performance, why have you made it so long? All it has to do is reach the side of the van, it doesn't have to go to the back

Been trying to find a type of plastic rattle/vibration from around the dash board area or underneath it.....For about 6 months now its been getting me mad.It seems to be something rattling/vibrating plastic sounding. It starts just when you know you should change up to the next gear and ya cant be - botherd lol.Or if you let your clutch out with hardley any revs...Its now starting to piss me off.Just come back in again and still I cant find the cause of it.
Ford Transit 280 SWB,,Year 2008,,2.2,, If it can,t be fixed/repaired/ with a 4 pound lump hammer then it must be an electrical problem.

On a mk7?
I had same sounded like dash but i think it was vaccum pipes vibrating on heating intake under bonnet. Used to do it around 30 mph in 4th. Would buzz speeding up and slowing down.
