what van? year? think thats just a dash code but will look. just thought! shouldnt matter which van etc :roll:

d262 means missing scp message anyone help ?

same as obd code U1262, it means a communication error on the Can-Bus wiring between the PCM or BCM and the Dash Clocks, so i'd start by checking all the connections, on the clocks first :wink:

I had this and cured it by changing the fuel filter.

Before changing the filter the van would stop going over 3K revs, no warning lights came on but this code was stored in the cluster, that was the only code and went upon changing the fuel filter.
