Can an adjustable column from a c-max or something similar be fitted to a mk7 transit?

I have a Owners Handbook (dated 02/08) which shows the steering wheel able to change angle up and down and move in and out (as per my Mondeo) but I have yet to see one in the flesh.
Now there will probably be an avalanche of owners telling me their mk 7 has got it. If so you should be able to get the parts.
