Clocks change - do I need to change ECU?

Hi folks, I need to change the clocks on my 2003 2.0tddi. Can i just change the clocks or do i need to change the ECU etc?

Are these the digital clocks which came in during 2003 or the "roll round" mileage analogue type?

If digital you can get yours refurbished.
