Brake spring??

Postby Agger79 » Thu Aug 28, 2014 9:33 pm

Hey guys, was checking a rattling/clinking noise earlier and narrowed it down to behind drivers wheel. Jacked it up, and took off wheel. The support spring/locater?? ( the ones that the pads sit into) have disappeared!! That's what's causing rattling..... ANYWAY, can any body tell me what the correct name is for them or where I can get a set? Cheers. 2010 lwb rwd. :D

They would normally come with the new pads as long as there a good make or from fords te cheaper ones don't
just follow the onscreen instructions and it's fairly idiot proof...trouble is, we keep producing better idiots

Nope, these are metal/aluminium. I have new genuine pads from the stealership and all that's with the pads is the plastic clip and warning light loom.
