Bulbs

Postby Dmcc » Fri Aug 29, 2014 6:50 am

Sorry to ask I have done a small search but cudnt see what I was after. I'm
Thinking of changing head light bulbs as I hear I can get a brighter light just want to now if any one has done it and what they went for. Also r the led for the number plate and side lights worth it, and the same for the internal lights

Thanks Dave

Osram night breakers come out best in tests. I have them they're nice and white. Don't expect HID quality from just bulbs though. You can get them from amazon for £12.95.

Osram Night breakers are the first step, after that the only other option is a HID kit/projectors really which can add up to a good few quid and time spent.

LED side lights are a simple cheap little mod that can make a nice difference to the look of the front. I've had 5 or 6 different sets in now, mostly at about £2 a pair.

The side lights are T10, the interior lights are a small fitting standard bulb that I don't know the name of. I just took mine out and soldered new wires to an led panel.

Here's some side lights
