You will already have the 125ps calibrations in your ids, you need to trick your ids into thinking you have a 125ps then install the pcm, i can't remember the specifics tho, either manual vehicle entry or manual pcm install and enter the tear tag from a 125ps pcm, Paul gave you the numbers i think.
56 350 2.2 130ps mk7 with 2 side doors 8)
65 290 2.2 125ps custom with 2 side doors 8)
07 350 170ps

It's just that everytime I try to put in calibration number says not recognised by the tester I've unpacked the calibration files in ids now and will try again might just get Martyn to load them as I've tried and tried and comes to a brick will with numbers I even had instructions from frag still no joy :(

Calibration files are supposed to be .zip

Start a new session in IDS & allow IDS to attempt to connect to vehicle with Ignition turned off.
I will fail to connect & ask to either to retry or ask to check for blank PCM.

Select NO to check for blank PCM. - Do not choose manual vehicle selection route.
Once confirmed as blank, enter vin number of vehicle (Preferably one from a 125ps) then enter PCM part number or Tear tag no....

PS there's a 125ps PCM here  http://www.transitcenter.co.uk/shop/pro ... -2006-3235
