gearbox, how do i disassemble it?

My problems keep comming, now have i bad sound in the gearbox. i think it is some bearing.

How do i disassemble the top of it? i have unsrew all bolts round.

How can i see if it is a 6speed gearbox? i cant get the 5th gear in but the 6

I found the problem today, hub between 5th and 6th gear was broken.
also the input axle bearing was bad, what would have result this =/

Anyone know where i can find cheap parts?

Well done for having a go, most people these days think that if their gearbox fails, their only option is a re con or a second hand box. Don't know about parts availability, but just wanted to say, "good for you". It's not impossible to repair your own gearbox. 8) :D

I agree, there's a few sellers on ebay that do various gearbox parts but mostly quite expensive :-(
This might help but there's loads so make sure you find the correct gearbox, the second link is the mt75 but I'm not sure if that's yours so go to the first Link and select yours :-)

Parts will be expensive for it.I have a good used box and if you pm your address I can check the freight charge to you.

I have fit some new bearings in the gearbox but the front axle is a bit lose as you can see on the video.
Is this right? the bearing sounds good when i spin it.

Did you use Ford bearings or generic ones? I know Ford sometimes get them made specifically or standard ones machined so that nobody else can make them:-(
I had that on my axle, the bearing guy couldn't get the exact size i needed. The part number was the same but the size was a tiny bit different.
I don't think there should be any play imo.
