Engine judder and cutting out - fault P1563

Just had a Google on that and if it was the timing solenoid would it not be running rough and lacking power?
It's just when it's not doing the whole juddering thing it runs just like normal.


I picked up a new fuel filter a little while ago so hopefully get that done tomorrow and will cure it, fingers crossed anyway.

Still finding it odd though as done 3 journeys all about 10 miles today, first two had the juddering very briefly twice the whole time yet the third journey it was like yesterday again juddering quite often and cut out a few times.
