Mk7 2.2 hesitating

I've got a swb fwd 2.2 mk7 on a 56 plate. Since buying it I've gradually got through the issues.
1 I can't solve is the hesitating low down in the Rev range. It'll shift when it gets to around 2k in boost but lower down it really struggles. It's an 85ps.
I've recently blocked the egr hoping it was that to no avail.
Has anybody else had/got this issue?

Sounds like blown PRV, and faulty scv. Replace then recal and update on ids, but egr must be working to do update etc
